This is a 36 year old (5'4", 112 lbs) mother of four who, following multiple pregnancies, had lost volume in her breasts with accompanying glandular ptosis (drooping). She also had a significant amount of loose skin and stretch marks in her abdomen. This was corrected with a simultaneous augmentation mastopexy abdominoplasty. Implant type used was a smooth saline prosthesis. Two years later, the breasts have maintained an elevated and natural shape. The scars have blended in nicely. Her abdomen is flat and the stretch marks much less pronounced. A tummy tuck can remove stretch marks below the umbilicus (belly button). Those that remain are less noticeable.
