Invisalign 24 Months Severe Over Jet and Tongue Thrust

    Patient had severe over jet and did not want extractions or braces. She wore Invisalign for 24 months with cl II elastics. To correct the tongue thrust she went for therapy and was given a crib retainer to wear at night post treatment.
