Our 63 year Facelift patient came to us with concerns of aging changes to her face. Approximately 10 years ago she had undergone an upper lid blepharoplasty and possibly an endoscopic brow lift. She is now concerned with her jaw line, the appearance of jowls, increased nasolabial fold, skin laxity in the neck as well as lack of definition and recurrent upper lid excess. Her facelift procedure included an autologous fat transfer to her perioral region, nasolabial fold, upper- lower lip and malar area and bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty.
