    Before and After Revision Asian Rhinoplasty with rib cartilage and DCF (diced cartilage fascia). A diced cartilage fascia (DCF) graft was used to achieve subtle augmentation of the bridge to create a straighter and more refined profile while the tip was projected and refined to create a smaller, more defined nasal appearance.
