This patient is a 65 year-old female who presented with concerns related to sagging in the neck and jowls, deepening nasolabial folds and marionette lines, drooping of the upper eyelids, and wrinkling of the facial skin. These problems had been progressively worsening over several years. She underwent face/neck lift, including liposculpting of the jowls and neck and platysmaplasty, in addition to upper eyelid blepharoplasty, fat transfer to the midface, and full face fractional CO2 laser skin resurfacing.
