54 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction with Latissimus Flap

54 year-old healthy female who presented for delayed right breast reconstruction following lumpectomy, radiation, and chemotherapy 4 years prior for right breast cancer. The right breast had a severe scar contracture and a deficiency in volume and skin at the upper outer quadrant. Also, the right nipple was distorted superiorly.

She successfully underwent a right breast reconstruction with a pedicled partial latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap.
