25-34 year old woman treated with Lumineers

This patient did not want to have orthodontic therapy as recommended as primary treatment. A treatment plan which utilized an extraction of the displaced maxillary right canine and 9 Lumineers was presented as an alternate treatment. This was the treatment desired by the patient, and she wanted a very white shade of porcelain and proceeded with this course of treatment.
