This 23 year-old woman was bothered both by her breast asymmetry and also by their lack of volume. The size discrepancy was especially visible to the patient and we therefore chose to place different sized implants into each breast. A 350 cc Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implant was placed into the smaller left breast whereas a 325 cc Mentor smooth round moderate plus profile silicone gel implant was placed into the right breast (the larger breast.) Each implant was placed into the sub-muscular space (under the muscle) via an incision in the inframammary fold.
