    This young woman had a rhinoplasty to improve the hump (bump) on her nose profile but wanted to maintain a natural appearance and a strong bridge. After rhinoplasty, the nose is less downturned and droopy and has a feminine slightly upturned angle. Rhinoplasty has also improved the appearance of her upper lip.
