    This woman had a rhinoplasty and septoplasty to improve her deviated septum, nasal asymmetry, nasal obstruction, and the excessive length of her columella. After rhinoplasty, she has a straight bridge, the columella is not hanging down as much, and the nose appears more natural and feminine in appearance.
