    This woman had a long and significantly droopy nose with a round, bulbous, and boxy tip. Rhinoplasty was performed to shorten the nose, and elevate and reduce the tip into a more natural configuration. Face lift, neck lift, neck liposuction, and brow lift were also performed at the same time.
