    29 yo lost significant amount of weight with resultant loose skin and soft tissues at arms and lateral chest wall. I performed an extended arm lift, incorporating the lateral chest wall and axillary tissue redundancy to achieve a smooth and firm contour of the lateral chest wall and arms. Later, she returned for an augmentation mammaplasty to achieve the final body proportions seen here.
