Here's a Vietnamese woman who had ptosis, severe upper eyelid laxity, and a problem called trichiasis. Trichiasis is a condition where the eyelashes rotate against the eyeball and irritate the eye. This was both a cosmetic and reconstructive blepharoplasty using anchoring technique Asian eyelid surgery.
