This patient wanted his nose reduced. He had a prominent dorsal hump, full nasal tip, decreased nasolabial angle, and moderate alar flaring. A closed approach was used. The nasolabial angle was corrected to the masculine ideal of about 90 degrees. He would also have benefited from a chin implant.
