This patient had a previous rhinoplasty elsewhere. She presented with a severe "saddle nose" deformity with collapse of the nasal tip and a large hole ("perforation") in her septum. Cartilage from both ears was used to rebuild the tip cartilages with a result that was acceptable to the patient and important professionally, although she still has some asymmetry and it was not possible to repair her septum.
