This patient was dissatisfied with the result of a rhinoplasty done elsewhere 2 years previously. She had a dorsal irregularity and a depressed nasal tip. The small bump was removed and the tip reconstructed with cartilage graft taken from the septum. An open approach was used. The columellar scar is visible, only 12 days after surgery.
