18-year-old woman treated with Rhinoplasty.
This patient has always had trouble breathing through the right side of her nose as long as she could remember. This was corrected with a septoplasty. Simultaneously, the appearance of the nose was improved with a rhinoplasty, which involved removing the bony hump, narrowing the dorsum, and trimming the alar cartilages of the tip of the nose. Her photos were taken only 3 weeks after surgery. She still has swelling of the tip.
