This 49-year-old Scottish female with very fair skin thought she was starting to look just like her mother. The combination of laser resurfacing, facelift and fat injection was used to treat her prematurely deep facial wrinkles. Note the improved fullness of her cheeks and jawline definition, with smoothing of her marionette lines ("labiomandibular creases"). The creases in front of her ears have been eliminated. The facelift incisions are inconspicuous. She can wear her hair up without worrying about the scars showing. She had high brows to start with, so she did not require an endoscopic forehead lift.
