This 77-year-old insulin-dependent diabetic female presented with severe dark circles and tear trough deformities. In fact, this is possibly the worst case of dark circles I’ve treated. The redness of the upper forehead is due to an existing skin condition. Procedures: Upper and lower blepharoplasties, facial fat injection (32 cc), excision of skin lesion of right cheek, and full face erbium laser resurfacing.
