A facelift involves primarily the lower face, including the jowls, jawline, and neck. A facelift does not primarily address other areas of the face, such as the eyes, which are treated with eyelid surgery. As a result, face lift patients combine multiple procedures to rejuvenate the entire face. This patient underwent a lower face and neck lift, lower eyelid surgery, and fat injection via local anesthesia and light IV sedation.
