The patient had a Brazilian Butt Lift several years previously which improved her shape but did not give her the projection and volume of her buttock that she desired. Her thin nature likely limited the amount of fat was available for her fat transfer procedure. To revise the Brazilian Butt Lift she had 712cc round silicone butt implants placed on each side. The implants provide the projection and shape she desires for her buttock.
