    This 45 year old patient had breast ptosis and loss of volume after childbirth. She currently wears a B-cup bra and wants to enlarge to a D-cup volume.
    Results shown 12 months after mastopexy with subpectoral augmentation using 371 cc moderate profile smooth round silicone implants. She is 5 ft 6 in tall and weighs 155 lbs.
