    We removed existing composite fillings on #6, 7, 8 and 11. Placed walking bleach inside #8 and had her do at home bleaching for all teeth. After patient had completed bleaching, we did bonding #6, 7, 8, 10 and 11 and reshaped teeth edges for nice final result.
