35-44 year old woman treated with Brazilian Butt Lift Revision

The patient underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (fat transfer for her buttock augmentation) previously, however she did not achieve the shape and augmentation that she desired from the procedure. Secondary to her size and weight she does not have enough fat for a second fat transfer procedure thus she was treated with butt implants for her BBL revision. She had 548cc round silicone butt implants placed for her augmentation.
