    Patient presented with multiple missing teeth, crowded and misaligned teeth, wanted to improve the overall esthetics. Missing posterior teeth were replaced with implant supported restorations, anterior teeth covered with all-ceramic crowns, lower anterior teeth replaced with functional PFM bridge, improved occlusal relationship between upper and lower teeth.
