    Patient presented with failing dentition, multiple missing and fractured teeth, extruded segment, TMJ symptoms. Smile makeover/ full mouth reconstruction on teeth and implants was performed, failing and fractured teeth restored with implant-supported restorations. Failing TMJ symptoms were stabilized.
