45-54 year old woman treated with Breast Reconstruction

    This 51 y/o female was found to be at very high risk for breast cancer. Bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies were performed with immediate placement of tissue expanders. After inflation of the expanders, 475cc high profile silicone gel implants were placed. Her 6-month postoperative photographs are shown.
