This patient is a 41 year old who had augmentation mammoplasty 15 years ago by another surgeon with smooth subglandular saline implants. She now complains of sagging, asymmetry and capsular contracture. She underwent implant exchange to smooth silicone medium profile 375 cc implants placed in a new subpectoral pocket (subpectoral neopocket) and had a breast lift. Results are shown 3 months after the procedure. Her new silicone implants are softer and more natural feeling and her asymmetry and capsular contracture have been improved tremendously.
