A young and a beautiful Filipino intellectual girl had fairly prominent ears on both sides and perhaps it was compromising her confidence in this competitive world and was treated by posterior scoring method along with non absorbable cartilage holding stitches. There was no suture removal since internal absorbable skin stitching was performed to close the incision behind the ears.Seen her 2 months after surgery.
