    Patient from Hong Kong had severe crowding and her lower teeth were not visible due to over eruption. The UR1 incisor was rotated 45 degrees. I moved the upper left second molar then all the upper teeth to the left to create space for the UR1. The lower teeth were pushed downwards 6 months into the treatment. NO TEETH WERE EXTRACTED
