This woman presented with drooping of the upper eyelids, heavy under eye bags, and fullness in her chin that just bothered her! Dr Woodman listened to her concerns and provided a conservative approach that gave fantastic results. Removing excess skin from the upper eyelids, some of the excess fat that filled out the lower lid (some of us with hollow under eyes WISH we had that fat under there!), and a bit of lipo below the chin were the only incision points, with the only scar left visible being a tiny one under the chin. The laser Blepharoplasty (Upper Eyelid surgery technique we use) scar is hidden within the natural crease, the lower incision is in the lash line- you will never see it!To finish, Dr Woodman gave her an overall CO2 resurfacing refresh, and the results speak for themselves.

This woman wished for improvement of her lower eyelid wrinkles. Under local anesthesia in our Center we performed one treatment of fractional CO2 laser treatment. She additionally had an upper blepharoplasty (eyelid lift) performed at the same time. This patient requested rejuvenation of her eyes, specifically for the wrinkles and excess skin above the lids. Under local anesthesia in our Center, we performed a lower eyelid and crow's feet fractional CO2 laser treatment, along with a conservative upper eyelid lift (as per her request).
