    This 40 yo mother of 2 children wished to increase her breast size from a 34 A to a 34 C. She had breastfed and now has saggy breasts. She elected to have a breast lift with the incision around the nipple and 330cc silicone breast implants to make her a 34 C. Her results show larger more youthful breasts.
