    This 32 yo female was unhappy with her breast size and appearance. She suffered from a tubular breast deformity. To solve this problem she had breast enlargement using 378 cc silicone implants and breast lift with the incisions around her areolas. This gave her a full breast size and corrected the tubular shape of her breasts.
