    This 35 yr female was unhappy with the size of her breasts. She wanted to be a D size, and she noticed that her left nipple was lower than her right. She had 485cc silicone implants placed in both breasts as well as a breast lift on the left with an incision around the areola. Shwas able to achieve her goal of larger breast and at the same time lifted her left breast.
