    This 35 yr old mother desired youthful breasts after her pregnancy and breast feeding. She also had a smaller right breast and wished to have larger and more symmetric breasts. A 225 cc silicone implant was placed on the left and a 375cc implant was placed on the right with a breast lift. Her bra size is now a 34 C
