58 year old gentleman with a slowly growing mass on his cheek over several years. It initially was removed by his primary care doctor, but it recurred. Clinically it was a lipoma. It was removed in the office under local anesthesia. Sutures were removed at a week. Post-operative photos were taken six weeks following surgery.
