    This 58 year old woman lamented her very gaunt facial appearance as well as her loose neck skin. She wished to have permanent restoration of volume and contour to her facial features as well as a neck lift. Dr. Rad performed facial fat grafting (25 cc throughout the midface, tear trough, temples, lips and lower face), and Open Neck Lift.
