    Note the marked improvement in melasma. The mainstay of melasma treatment is with the use of creams, however pico second lasers such as Picosure can improve clearance rates and skin quality. Note the decrease in skin pigmentation but also the reduction in pores and tightening of the skin. This is after 3 treatments. Dr Davin Lim
