46 year old woman with saggy breasts after massive weight loss from gastric bypass surgery

This is a 46 year old female who lost a significant amount of weight after gastric bypass surgery. She was unhappy with the sagginess of her breasts and she underwent a breast lift and she is shown before and 1 year afterward. The breast lift procedure is done as an outpatient basis when done alone or it can be combined with other cosmetic surgery procedures, like a tummy tuck, liposuction, or breast augmentation.
