Patient had bonding done on front teeth years ago which had discolored and chipped over time. Patient had always wanted to whiten but was concerned about sensitivity and knew that with her previous bonding she would need to have that replaced after bleaching (tooth bonded fillings do not bleach like natural teeth). After 2 in office deep bleaching sessions and 2 weeks of at home bleaching in between, Dr. Alfe placed conservative DURAthin minimal preparation porcelain veneers on the patient's front teeth to replace the worn and chipped bonding. Patient is thrilled with the uniform color and shape of her front teeth and smiles all the time now!
