    Patient presented with dark middle front tooth and overall dark teeth, unhappy with his smile. After 2 in office deep bleaching sessions and 2 weeks of at home bleaching in betweeen, we placed a conservative porcelain veneer over the dark tooth (the tooth had been traumatized when the patient was a child).
