Revision Rhinoplasty with Chin Implant

Patient had previous rhinoplasty with silicone bridge implant which became displaced, leading to crooked nose. Patient also had chin hypoplasia that was not previously addressed. Revision rhinoplasty was performed through an open approach to correct the bridge and tip using autologous cartilage (ear) and gortex graft. The chin was addressed with a chin implant.
