    This gentleman had very twisted and distorted lower lateral cartilages. It is difficult to produce perfect symmetry in this situation, particularly given the fact that he wanted his nose to look natural. With a combination of limited cartilage excision, suture reconstruction, and a columellar strut, he had significant improvement and was pleased.
