    A teenage girl with severe septal deviation and nasal asymmetry, 3 weeks post-op rhinoplasty/septoplasty. Dorsal hump reduction, nasal tip refinement, spreader grafts and osteotomies to straighten her deviated nasal tip. Overall goal is a straight nose with a natural looking result.
