25-34 year old woman treated with Rhinoplasty

This Asian woman did not like the shape of her nose including a bump and droopy tip. She looked to find a plastic surgeon who would be able to help her with this. On meeting with Dr. De Silva, both her objectives from surgery and expectations were discussed. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with septoplasty under sedation anaesthesia (twilight anaesthesia). Dr. De Silva utilised specialised micro-burr, and cartilage techniques to refine and reshape the cartilages narrowing both the bridge of his nose and subtly lifting the tip of her nose.
