18-24 year old man treated with Rhinoplasty

This young woman was looking to improve the shape of her nose while looking the same and keeping a natural result. She had a relatively large nose with bump on the bridge of her nose and a bulbous tip. The patient underwent rhinoplasty with septoplasty under twilight sedation with Dr. De Silva. The photos shown at only 6-weeks shows an improved nose with lifting of the tip, shaping of the bridge and tip and improved straightness. Refining of the cartilage in the tip of the nose with rhinoplasty can be a challenging and result in swelling, the final result is many months after the surgery when all the swelling has resolved.
