    This 47-year-old mother found that her body had changed substantially since having children. She felt that her breasts appeared "empty" because they had lost much of their volume. To restore the volume in her breasts her surgeon placed 400cc silicone gel implants through incisions around the areola, positioning the implants behind the upper pectoral muscle.
