Rhinoplasty + Septoplasty (Deviated Septum Repair)

This is a 23 year old female who for many years had not like the appearance of her nose. While there was no specific or significant trauma to speak, the nose and septum were nontheless deviated, a dorsal deformity was present and the tip was irregular. She also suffered from breathing difficulties related to the deviated septum. This was corrected with an open approach rhinoplasty with a sub-mucous resection (SMR) septoplasty. Six weeks later the nost has healed very nicely. It is now more delicate, elegant and in balance with her facial features. She can breath normally and is quite pleased as noted in her testimonial.
