    27 year old female shown before and five months after a breast lift with implants. The patient received a lollipop (vertical) mastopexy with high profile 450cc silicone implants beneath the muscle. She was B cup before and a D cup after. Her height is 5’1” and weight 130 pounds. The patient lost 60 pounds prior to the surgery and wanted to restore the youthful fullness and position of the breast. All procedures done by Frank J. Ferraro, MD.
