65-74 year old woman treated with Brow Lift

This patient is a 65-year-old entrepreneurial business owner who was seeking to improve the angulation and definition in her neck and open her eyes. The patient had a facelift with a platysmaplasty with extensive removal of the deep fat in her neck. Her eyes were opened by raising her brow with an endoscopic brow lift. All of her incisions are hidden in her hairline. The patient had multilevel fat grafting to restore the lost volume. 17 milliliters of fat were injected throughout the face including the cheeks, smiles lines, and marionette lines. She had a great improvement in her facial balance and proportion but still looks like herself.
